History

Amcorp Global Limited (formerly known as TEE Land Limited) (the “Company” or “Amcorp Global” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) was formally owned by TEE International Limited ("TEE International") which is listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange involved in the business of engineering, real estate and infrastructure. TEE International ventured into real estate in 2006.

On 3 February 2020, Amcorp Supreme Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amcorp Group Berhad based in Malaysia, acquired a majority stake in Amcorp Global from TEE International.

Over the years, Amcorp Global has established itself as a regional real estate developer and investor with presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. It has undertaken residential, commercial and industrial property development projects, as well as invested in income-generating assets such as hotels in Australia and short-term accommodation in New Zealand.

Few of our recently completed development projects include 183 Longhaus, 24One Residences, Rezi 35, TRIO, Hexacube, and Hilbre28 in Singapore, Third Avenue in Malaysia, and various projects developed by the 31.9% owned listed Thai associated company, Chewathai Public Company Limited, which was divested in first half 2018. We currently have two on-going residential development projects in Singapore, namely Lattice One and 35 Gilstead. We are also holding the commercial component of 183 Longhaus and various retail/F&B units of TRIO and Hexacube for sale and lease.

Our income generating assets comprise Larmont hotel in Sydney and an industrial building in Singapore. We have previously divested Quality hotel CKS Sydney Airport in May 2017 and most recently divested Workotel in New Zealand.
